Topics like a life after death, recarnation, spiritual talents etc. are to be found in all religions of the world. For good reasons there is and has always been a warning of danger resulting from such spiritual gifts.
People complain about disturbances, pursuances and torments by ghosts, demons or deceased disturbing, tormenting and pursuing them. Up to nowadays you can hear of crimes which are committed against the own will following a strange obsession.
Churches warn of “false prophets” or self installed “gurus” looking for money, interrogation of deceased or any medial activity. But they do not offer any explanation whom they mean by “deceased”.
