volume 1

 
In volume 1 Nowotny writes of the inter-relationship of spirit, soul and body, of the immortality of spirit and soul and the care they must receive.
As he writes in the Introduction “I will try to interpret everything from an earthly viewpoint to avoid errors that will occur if the spiritual viewpoint is inadvertently substituted”.
He gives a detailed account of his own passing from this world to the next and gives a stern warning against dabbling with spiritism, listing the dangers to which people, who ignore these warnings, can be exposed.

volume 2

In volume 2 he devotes many chapters to a healthy attitude to life, based on the knowledge of the correlations between spiritual and material energies. “Career and calling”, “Kinship from the earthly and otherwordly view”, “Positive and negative posession and its treatment” are the topics dealt with in other chapters.

volume 3

In volume 3 he continues to deal with a positive attitude to life, and then goes on to deal with matters which are of particular importance for the mastery of life, for example: “The incorrect interpretation of the value of sexual intercourse”, “The other-worldly point of view on the termination of pregnancies”, “Inherited degeneracies: Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis” etc.

In volume 4 he details the various possible spiritual influences and contacts, their purpose and the positive or negative results they engender. He writes on “Operations performed with the help of spirit doctors”, on “Out-of-body excursions, the senselessness and danger of such experiments” as well as “Errors and delusions arising from out-of-body excursions”. He pays particular attention to “The cause of paranormal phenomena” and gives details as to how people can be freed from them.

volume 5

In volume 5 he returns to examine in more detail the subject he touched on in volume 2: the correlations between material and spiritual energies. “Depressions and their causes”, “Suicide and its consequences”, “Consciousness and sub-consciousness”, “Assessment of sexuality” and the pointer to the establishment of institutions where people could be freed are some of the topics in the many chapters of this volume.

volume 6

In volume 6 he again examines, from different aspects, the correlations between spiritual and material energies and their positive and negative results. “Causes of disturbances in the material and spirit realms” is a particularly important chapter. He gives advice to therapists, family members and people who are obsessed as to how the disturbances can be countered and release obtained.
He pays particular attention to the prerequisites needed for every helper, be he doctor or family member.
