Our association was founded in 1985 and is based in Germany, Bad Reichenhall.
Its purpose is the dissemination of the teachings of the Austrian psychiatrist and
neurologist, Dr. Karl Nowotny, as set out in six volumes of his book entitled “Messages From A Doctor In The Fourth Dimension”.
These teachings underline new human
scientific facts relating to the unmistakable division between insanity and mental disturbance.
The long-term goal of the Nowotny Foundation, which is presently
spreading these teachings through the sale of the books and talks to interested groups, is the foundation of a Centre where both outpatients and inpatients who are mentally
disturbed can be treated in accordance with these new methods under the supervision of a suitably qualified psychiatrist.
Doctors and therapists are members of our association.
